- Branding & Visual Identity

- Creative Consulting
All services are subject to project agreements, proposals, or contracts agreed upon prior to commencement.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, content, and materials created by Karimeru remain the intellectual property of Karimeru until full payment is received.
Upon full payment:
- Clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights.
- Karimeru reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of work without permission is prohibited.
3. Payments
- A deposit may be required before starting a project.
- Final files will be delivered once full payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
4. Revisions
Projects include a defined number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Supply necessary materials (logos, images, text, etc.)
- Respond in a timely manner to maintain project timelines
Delays in communication may affect delivery deadlines.
6. Limitation of Liability
Karimeru is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Issues arising from third-party platforms or services
7. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Copy or distribute website content without permission
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise website security
8. Termination
Karimeru reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not completed
- Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive
